We give because God asks for our first fruits. The church then invests these in God’s ministry and mission.
Wonderings—I give to good causes but not the church. What should I consider giving to the church?
Starting Point—Give a Sunday or special offering and experience God’s joy produced in you.
Challenge Steps—Make regular contributions, giving in proportion to your income.
Going Deeper—Make an annual commitment/pledge. Increase your gift to a tithe (10%) and beyond. Practice joyful giving by contributions to special missions.
